Who we are
The Small Biz Creative Conference is a virtual event created and hosted by Sunshine Media Marketing, LLC.

This website was created to provide visitors and attendees with information on the virtual event, including how to register for the event, event time, date, itinerary, event speakers, sponsorship opportunities, and navigating the virtual event platform.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect first name, last name, and the website visitor's message on our contact page to respond to the visitor's inquiry. We do not store this information unless the visitor opts in to receive the Small Biz Creative Conference newsletter.

When a visitor purchases a ticket for the Small Biz Creative Conference on Hopin, the visitor opts in to receive emails from Sunshine Media Marketing, LLC and provides their email address, first name, and last name.

Once the website visitor and/or ticket purchaser provides this information and opts in to receive emails from us, this information is stored in Mailchimp to send email newsletters and event updates. Contact forms
Visitors fill out a contact form when they are interested in attending the conference, purchasing a sponsorship, and/or when they want to contact the owners of this website.

In the contact form on our contact page, we collect first name, last name, email address, and the visitor's message. We keep this information for communication purposes to respond to inquiries. However, we do not use information submitted through the contact form for marketing purposes unless visitors opt in to receive the Small Biz Creative Conference newsletter.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track website traffic statistics, such as referrers, number of visitors, and page views. You may view the Google's Privacy Policy here.

How we protect your data
We do not sell visitor information and we do not use visitor information for advertising purposes.

What automated actions we take with user data
When a visitor signs up for our newsletter or purchases a ticket for the Small Biz Creative Conference, we automatically send a welcome email via Mailchimp. This welcome email thanks the visitor for opting in and includes more information about the event.
